               CANCELLATION POLICY               

Nurturing our client relationships is our number one priority.

We do implement a cancellation policy which includes 50% of the service fee if notice of cancellation or need to reschedule is provided less than 24 hours notice.  However, our need of consistency within our schedules and acknowledging unavoidable conflicts we feel strikes the right balance.
