Alexandra
Massage Therapist
Alexandra Byrne is a recent graduate of North Eastern Institute of Whole Health. Her background as a practicing yoga instructor has helped Alexandra deeply understand the inner workings of the body & mind. She values the importance of dropping into our bodies to return home within ourselves which has guided her to work as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
"My approach is holistic and therapeutic, aligning with my belief that the body heals itself when given proper nourishment & care. I am commited to providing personalized treatments tailored to address clients' specific concerns, while also promoting relaxation and homeostasis of the mind, body & spirit".
Sharon
Massage Therapist
Sharon McBrearty, LMT, is a graduate of North Eastern Institute of Whole Health (2011). Prior to attending massage school, she was a physical educator for 35 years, having had experience in a wide variety of sports both as a coach and as a competitive participant. This experience allows Sharon to have a diversity of skills and a great foundation to offer. Sharon offers a therapeutic massage and uses the Grigorian Method (®) of massage that utilizes deep tissue work with range of motion. The goal is to realign muscle groups to the spine and for them to achieve synchronicity. Sharon offers a range of massage services, including Hot Stone, Sports, Grigorian Method, Reflexology, and Cupping.
Beth-Aime
Massage Therapist
Beth-Aime is a graduate from Northeastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, New Hampshire. She has been a therapist at Pure Indulgence Day Spa since March of 2018. Beth-Aime combines her knowledge of the body and 15+ years of experience with Yoga Instruction and practice to aid in her clients' recovery from chronic pain, pre & post-natal therapy, sports injury, personal training. Beth-Aime also helps those looking to escape from it all and simply relax and renew.
Stephen
Massage Therapist
Stephen Kesheb has been a massage therapist since 2014. His certifications include Deep Tissue massage, Thai transformations, massage for headaches and neck pain, trigger point therapy, Reiki Level 2, Shiatsu, Reflexology, prenatal massage, sports stretch massage, and an introduction to Lomi Lomi massage. Stephen gradually increases pressure from light to deep in response to what the body needs. All those different areas of life required health and nutrition classes. Stephen’s combined experience as a body builder, EMT, personal trainer and the culinary world have given him a better understanding of how the body works.
Jessica
Massage Therapist
With over 30 years of experience as a massage therapist, Jessica has studied a diversity of modalities which allows her to tailor each session to meet the individual needs of each client. Her touch is both firm and nurturing, and many describe her as highly intuitive. During each massage session she may incorporate a combination of stretching and energy work, with an emphasis on relaxing the nervous system. Jessica's guiding philosophy is that healing the planet begins with healing the self, and she believes that all healing is ultimately "self-healing" and is here to assist in this process.
Jessica is a Reiki Practitioner, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Certified Hypnotherapist. Her highest compliment came from a previous instructor who noted that her entire body felt cared for right down to the pinky toe.
Beth
Acupuncture
Beth Griffey is a retired M.D. who came to acupuncture later in life. She attended the New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS in Worcester, Massachusetts and received a Master's degree in Acupuncture in September 2021. She practices community style acupuncture treating multiple patients at the same time. Beth believes in access to, and affordability of acupuncture treatments.
